 What are the advantages and disadvantages of working from home?

The most common confusion about work from home is less productive especially in countries like India where most software projects are outsourced and there is a question of execution. This is simply not true. Or do you think that thinking is real? One can do this by taking a job at work from home 1 or 2 days a month. It is easy to hide a break as a job at home but if you have to work from home 100% of your product is visible. You have to offer a product because you can't stay away from it every day. In India commuting to work is a major problem. It takes three hours a day for most people. Lunch and lunch are rare and extended differently from western countries. So, a day goes into 15 to 16 hours which includes all of this. Also, fuel consumption and all the costs that are prioritized for a trainee do not save anything. The workplace is not comfortable, people travel to meet people and are often friends compared to western countries. The only downside is staying home all day but as long as the covid condition remains. Post that works from home would not be stressful right now. Some misconceptions. Indians are usually a nuclear family at least living with parents, children, and wife in the same area but unlike western countries, homework and child care are usually done by staff and parents. So, in my opinion a full-time useful home-based job benefits India and saves money for both parties.


In Western countries, the custom is already widespread. The main advantage is saving time for travel, more sleep. When the covid runs out their children will be in kindergarten or school. They’re already dumping themselves and arriving at the dot offices every day and not working more than 9 to 5 standard. Having fun like in India or going during the day as a group and taking a lot of breaks is not uncommon for western people. Most people have lunch at their table. Production is not a concern as there has already been a proven model. So, in terms of entertainment, they tend to lose nothing and get more time in their hands. In short, a beach or beachfront work from home scale with hotel space for 25% of staff will be useful to everyone.

On the other hand, having office space for everyone and providing work from home moreover on the basis will not have an impact on India and will not make a difference to western countries.
