Who refuses to work from home

Who refuses to work from home?

Many types of people, including:

1 People who want to maintain a distinction between work from home. They may choose to leave home to pursue their business interests, and at the end of the day, they move to a more peaceful, quiet place away from work. Intentionally "changing gears" between tasks.

2 People who wish to maintain their privacy. When he works from home, he becomes a "business address" and is called by the same phone calls, visits, and distractions as any other workplace.

3 People who know they need encouragement. Some people are self-conscious enough to admit that if they are left alone at home all day long, they probably will not succeed. They know they need someone to guide their work/responsibility and direct their progress.

4 People who are not "Self-Starters". People who may admit that they are prone to distractions at work: TV, Children, Neighbors, Pets, Noise and Noise, other family members, other activities such as other activities, etc.

That's a few, but there are others. Some people simply choose to work as part of a team or group, /or work better with others who can encourage and challenge them. Working "Alone" is not for everyone, it requires maturity, order, determination, honesty, hard work, and a special kind of person to push, stay focused, track, and complete tasks on time. It is much easier when a person works unsupervised, to do: take a long lunch, take a nap, be followed aside, call a friend, do one thing… do it yourself, or put something up until later.
