They are not getting the worth for the tomatoes to even protect the transport cost. Why? Because there's oversupply of tomatoes within the market. Coming back to the question, i will be able to attempt to combat the future implication of WFH. Once WFH becomes a norm if it becomes, there'll be an enormous supply of employees. People needn't worry about the work location and may take up any job regardless of where the situation is. A Service Now developer living in Salem would be ready to work for a corporation in Noida without fear about shifting. At an equivalent time a corporation looking to rent an automation engineer doesn't need to filter on the candidates trying to find employment only in Bengaluru. they will hire anybody from anywhere as long because the candidate is willing to hitch them. This means there's getting to be an increased supply of individuals available for the opening. and that we all know what happens when supply of any product increases. the worth decreases. Why are people performing on niche technologies paid more? Their supply is scarce. which is what I expect to happen if WFH becomes a norm, companies will have people able to work for fewer without having to compromise on quality. So what ever reduction in salary that you simply are talking about is temporary and a more permanent reduction may be a possibility.
